Chipolino took part in the largest trade exhibition for baby and children products Cologne Kind + Jugend 2023

Chipolino took part in the trade exhibition Cologne Kind + Jugend 2023 in Cologne, which is an event of international scale, including exhibitors from dozens of countries showing the whole range of products intended for babies and children, and attracting thousands of visitors. The event is held on a yearly basis. This year it took place from 7 through 9 September and gathered in one place hundreds of manufacturers of products for newborns and children. For 3 days the number of visitors exceeded 12 000, which ranked it as the edition raising the greatest interest so far.

This exhibition has been especially important for Chipolino as it provided the possibility to meet existing and potential customers, business partners, and to follow the development and find out about the novelties in this industry. The brand has taken part in the event since 2008, and following short interruption due to the COVID pandemic, now it made a brilliant reappearance on the stage in Cologne.

At its stand in the fairground Chipolino showed products from its current collection and gave hints on the concept for its 2024 collection. The brand put emphasis on the distinctive design features and color trends interpreted into its products, so it managed to attract the attention of many visitors, and some of them became our customers as well.

This forum was also a sort of a venue for all the colleagues in the industry, which in addition to the possibility to communicate directly with each other provided also a strategic means to see how the land lies. It allowed every manufacturer to receive feedback and to compare its products to the ones offered by the other market players. Chipolino team expressed its satisfaction with the work done over the recent years in the making of its collections, and not a single feature, in which it could be outmatched.

A lecturing panel was also integrated into the exhibition program. It covered topics such as the development of industry on the background of the challenges it faces and the directions to take in the future, giving priority to such aspects as sustainability, artificial intellect and multifunctional products.

The organization of such type of events as the one in Cologne dates back to 1960. It started as a platform for offering for children and parents and over time it advanced and expanded to include different elements such as Innovation Award, Trend Forum, Design Parc and Start up Area.
