The municipal children’s kitchen “Detski Ray” has got a new improvement for the little kids and their parents

After the complete renovation of the kitchen for baby’s and children’s food “Detski Ray” in 2021, the positive changes around it never stopped thanks to the corporate donation of Chipolino EOOD.

The municipality administration in Central town area with our support overhauled the interior and exterior of that building, which was desperately necessary because such repair had not been undertaken for more than 70 years. The building gained an entirely new appearance as it was rendered into a friendly place for distributing food to 150-200 children every day. Now in spring, we continued renovating the kitchen by taking care of the area in front of it. The benches we donated created the opportunity for comfortable waiting and an option for the mothers to sit for a while with their children for a chat and rest. A sun shield above the place provides a shadow and dry place in case of sun or rain.

The renovation of this important place for the parents and children is an example of how the institutions and business working together can accomplish a really significant difference. It is significant because a kitchen that serves so many children cannot be left amortized. It is important that such a place be fresh, playful and give parents a sense of care, hygiene and attitude. And together with Central Area of Plovdiv Municipality, we succeeded in turning it into exactly such kind of a place.
